Aristocrat has provided an update on the CFO transition process, following the resignation of Julie Cameron-Doe in December 2021. The company anticipates that the comprehensive global search for the replacement is well progressed.
Aristocrat confirms that Julie Cameron-Doe's last day as CFO was April 15, from which date Aristocrat's Deputy CFO Sally Denby will support the CEO until a new CFO starts, subject to the required regulatory approvals.
Aristocrat CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker said: “Julie has been an exceptional partner to me and the leadership group. I am thankful for Julie's dedicated service to Aristocrat over the past eight years and wish her all the best for the future."
It should be noted that Sally Denby has served in senior finance roles at Aristocrat for over seven years, including four years as Group General Manager of Finance.
