European Commission approves gaming joint venture between Gauselmann and Greentube
The European Commission approved the creation of a joint venture between the Gauselmann Group and NOVOMATIC's interactive division, Greentube.

The joint venture will establish an online gaming platform in Germany. The European Commission has highlighted that it approved the joint venture given the limited impact it will have on the market, under Article 6(1)(b) of the EU Merger Regulation.
