 Through the transaction, EveryMatrix will be able to enhance its OddsMatrix online sports betting product with a retail-focused software solution and other products such as virtual horse racing and lottery games.

EveryMatrix Group CEO, Ebbe Groes, highlights that "OddsMatrix is one of the company's three pillars and is growing at a tremendous rate already" and by integrating Leapbit's technology it will be possible to take it to new levels of complexity and greatly expand the Target market.

Leapbit's development team will merge with the existing OddsMatrix team and continue to deliver software from its current base in Zagreb, Croatia.
