Starcasino’s membership ensures IBIA remains the foremost integrity monitor in the Netherlands, covering around 90 % of licensed sportsbooks.

Founded in 2005, IBIA is a not-for-profit body created by operators to protect regulated betting markets from match-fixing. Its monitoring network tracks transactional data linked to individual customer accounts and works with bodies like FIFA, UEFA and the IOC. In Q1 2025, IBIA issued 63 suspicious betting alerts, contributing to the successful sanctioning of 17 clubs, players and officials in 2024.
