The Royal Decree on gaming advertising passes the procedure at the European Commission

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs reported on Tuesday that the draft Royal Decree on Commercial Communications of Gaming Activities sent to the European Commission, has passed the process, since it hasn’t received allegations.

Therefore, the Royal Decree could go to the approval phase in the Council of Ministers in early autumn.
