URUGUAY announces the international call to participate in the construction of a five-star hotel & casino (Video)
Last Tuesday, September 15, the Minister of Tourism of Uruguay, Germán Cardoso, announced in a press conference that on September 23 the international call for expression of interest will be opened with a 60-day deadline for the construction of a five-stars hotel & casino and attached structures on the coast of Rocha and commented that it was "a long-awaited construction for many years." This important announcement had the participation of the president of the South American country, Luis Lacalle Pou.

On the other hand, the mayor of Rocha, Flavia Coelho, pointed out that diversified coastal development and the generation of tourism activities to obtain environmentally friendly income has been a concern for all the inhabitants of the region for many years.
