The negotiations have been successfully concluded and Ulrich Schmidt is pleased to know that with the APEX Group under the leadership of Johannes Weissengruber, BALLY WULFF Games & Entertainment GmbH has an ideal partner at its side. The takeover of BALLY WULFF Games & Entertainment by the APEX Group offers both companies excellent prospects. The strengths of both companies complement each other perfectly and ensure that the Berlin location can be expanded even further. There are only minor overlaps in the markets and business areas. The APEX Group is extremely successful in the worldwide casino markets and BALLY WULFF in the street markets of Germany and Spain.
