International Game Technology PLC Announces Executive and Board Leadership Changes

Marco Drago, a longstanding non-executive director of the IGT Board, has announced his intention to step down from his position. He will complete his remaining term and officially depart from the Board following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on May 14, 2024.

In his place, Enrico Drago has been appointed as a non-executive director of the IGT Board. Enrico Drago will also resign from his current role as CEO of IGT PlayDigital, with Gil Rotem, currently IGT PlayDigital President of iGaming, expanding his role to become IGT PlayDigital President. These changes will come into effect on April 1, 2024. Enrico Drago will continue to serve as vice chairman of De Agostini S.p.A.

Marco Sala, IGT Executive Chair of the Board, expressed gratitude for Marco Drago's contributions, stating, "I'd like to thank him for his many years of service and his unwavering commitment to driving results and creating value for all IGT stakeholders." Enrico Drago expressed gratitude for his tenure at IGT PlayDigital, stating, "Over the last five-plus years, IGT PlayDigital has established leadership positions in the global iGaming and North American sports betting sectors that will be foundational to the Company's future successes." He expressed excitement about supporting IGT in new capacities and further contributing to the Company's vision and strategy.

Executive & Director Biographies:

• Marco Drago: Mr. Drago has served as a Non-executive Director of the IGT Board since the Company's formation in April 2015. He holds various leadership positions, including President of the Board of Directors of B&D Holding S.P.A. and Chairman Emeritus of De Agostini, S.p.A.
• Enrico Drago: Mr. Drago has served as Chief Executive Officer of IGT PlayDigital since September 2021. He has 25 years of professional experience and holds degrees from IESE Business School and Bocconi University.
• Gil Rotem: Mr. Rotem joined IGT in 2021 as the President of iGaming for IGT PlayDigital. He has over two decades of experience in the iGaming sector and previously held key positions at bet365, including serving on the company's board of directors.
