The Supreme Court confirms that the gambling law lacked "legal coverage".
The ruling refers to the articles on promotional activities aimed at new customers, the appearance of celebrities in advertising and the general ban on the dissemination of commercial communications through information society services.
The judgment also annuls the articles limiting the advertising of the game on video-sharing platforms as well as those regulating the possibility of advertising on social networks.
