Flutter Entertainment plc, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming operator based on revenue, has released its 2023 Sustainability Report, titled "Changing the Game for Good."

The company is well-placed to do so through the global competitive advantages of the Flutter Edge, which provides its brands with access to Group-wide benefits to stay ahead of the competition, while maintaining a clear vision for sustainability through its Positive Impact Plan.
In 2022, Flutter launched its Positive Impact Plan, setting a clear sustainability agenda for change, addressing the issues and opportunities specific to its business and sector. The plan sets targets to be achieved by 2030 and 2035, under four pillars:

- Work Better: Creating an inclusive and empowering environment for employees.
- Do More: Supporting global communities.
- Go Zero: Driving the path to net zero carbon and reducing environmental impact.

This report covers the fiscal year from January 1 to December 31, 2023, and is aligned with its financial reporting in terms of timing and entities in scope.
