Brazil Publishes List of Authorized Companies for Sports Betting and Online Gaming Operations

This list includes companies that have met all regulatory requirements and applied for operational authorization before the September 17 deadline.

The release of this list is part of the Brazilian government’s ongoing efforts to strictly regulate and supervise the betting market, ensuring that only licensed and reliable operators are permitted in the country. Since its establishment, the SPA has enforced stringent guidelines requiring all betting operators to hold a valid license to offer services in Brazil. This regulatory control is aimed at protecting consumers, preventing money laundering, and combating illegal betting activities.

Companies that failed to comply with regulations before the deadline are included in a list of blocked domains, which has already been sent to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) to prevent their operations in Brazil. The lists of authorized and unauthorized companies are available on the Ministry of Finance’s website, allowing users to identify legitimate and compliant operators in the Brazilian market. LIST
