Aristocrat Technologies, a leader in the digital gaming industry, is seeking a Senior Product Owner for its team in Barcelona. The selected candidate will lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of products, closely collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in leading the production of Free to Play Mobile Games.
- Fluent in English with full proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Capable of managing budgets.
- Flexible, results-oriented, and capable of stepping out of the comfort zone.
- Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and ability to analyze major F2P successes over the past five years.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a shared vision of the product among the team and stakeholders.
- Draft feature, story, and requirement documents.
- Manage the long-term schedule of the game's development using team performance metrics and the product backlog.
- Participate in all Scrum meetings, accepting or rejecting sprint results.
- Ensure the relevance and priority of items in the product backlog.
