Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced strong financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2025, ended 31 March.
The company delivered a normalised net profit after tax and before amortisation (NPATA) of A$733 million, up 5.6% year-on-year, fuelled by the acquisition of NeoGames and robust growth across its digital divisions.
Total revenue reached A$3.034 billion, an 8.7% increase versus H1 2024, with Aristocrat Interactive leading the expansion. This segment more than doubled its revenues to A$264 million (+141%) thanks to growth in iLottery, iGaming, and online sports betting, particularly in North America and Europe.
The land-based gaming segment reported A$1.87 billion in revenue (+2.4%), maintaining its leadership, while Product Madness, the social casino unit, grew by 5.3% to A$901 million in revenue and improved its profit margin to 43%. Aristocrat Interactive’s performance reflects the full consolidation of NeoGames and a strong pipeline of content releases and platform services.
Group profit, including discontinued operations such as the divested Plarium unit, totalled A$970 million, up 36% year-on-year. The board declared an interim unfranked dividend of 44 cents per share, payable on 1 July 2025.
