Cirsa has completed its first acquisition since its debut on the Spanish Stock Exchange in July, reaching an agreement with Chilean listed operator Dreams for the purchase of four casinos in Peru. The transaction, valued at US$18 million (approximately €15 million), was reported by Dreams to the Chilean Financial Market Commission (CMF) through an official filing.
The deal includes the transfer of 100% of the shares of the companies operating the following establishments:
Casino New York in Magdalena del Mar (Lima)
Casino Luxor in Surco (Lima)
Casino Pachanga in San Borja (Lima)
Casino Mystic in Cusco
This strategic move consolidates Cirsa as the second-largest gaming operator in Peru, a key market that already represented 9.8% of the group’s EBITDA in H1 2025, ranking only behind Spain and Panama.
The acquisition builds on Cirsa’s strong positioning in the country, following the 2024 purchase of Apuesta Total, a leading sports betting and online gaming company with a significant land-based presence through betting shops and gaming halls.
In the first half of 2025, Cirsa reported an EBITDA of €365 million, up 8.9% year-on-year, with revenues reaching €1.155 billion, an increase of 12%. With this operation, the group led by Joaquim Agut reinforces its growth strategy in Latin America.
