Flutter International’s job offer reinforces the city’s role as an operational hub for regulated online gaming.
Betfair International, a brand within Flutter Entertainment, has opened a job vacancy in Ceuta to recruit a Commercial Executive – Sports (CX) for its Betfair Spain Sports team.
The role will focus on onsite customer experience for the Spanish market, with responsibilities covering content planning, localisation and delivery, as well as initiatives aimed at improving engagement and retention.
The selected candidate will work in coordination with areas such as Commercial, Product, Trading, Brand, Customer Service and Content, acting as an operational link between the Country Head and various internal teams.
Key duties include planning content aligned with the commercial calendar and major sporting events, reviewing translations, ensuring user journey quality, data analysis, sector benchmarking and monitoring the Spanish regulatory framework.
The position requires prior experience in online, B2C, tech or multinational companies, as well as knowledge of the Spanish gaming market, interest in sports, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong data and reporting skills.
The vacancy, open until 18 May, confirms Ceuta’s continued role as an attractive hub for international online gambling operators developing commercial, digital and regulatory functions for the Spanish market.
