Bet On Ceuta and the city's Chamber of Commerce, united: this is the relationship between the online gambling sector and the Ceuta business community
Bet On Ceuta and the city's Chamber of Commerce met this Wednesday, August 12, to begin designing a set of measures to support local entrepreneurship, which according to its president will also be coordinated by the Ministry of Economy and the City
The Chamber of Commerce of Ceuta and Bet On Ceuta, the association that brings together online gambling operators established in the city, held a meeting this Wednesday, August 12, marked by support, unity and commitment to Ceuta, as reported by the Chamber itself.
The meeting, held on the same day, was attended by Karim Bulaix García-Valiño, president of the Ceuta Chamber of Commerce, and Joaquín Mollinedo Gómez-Zorrilla, secretary general of the institution, together with Brahim Mohamed Aslimani, president of Bet On Ceuta (CEO of Paf Group Spain – the company that operates the SpeedyBet, Paf, Piñata Casino and Golden Bull brands), and Agustín Alba, treasurer of the association.
The Chamber points out that the meeting has served to strengthen ties between both entities and begin to work together in the face of the situation that the city is going through. "At this time, the union of our business fabric is more important than ever. All sectors share the same objective: to protect our economy, our employment and the future of Ceuta," the institution said in its statement, published today. The Chamber thanked Bet On Ceuta "for its support, its willingness and, especially, its willingness to join and work actively", stressing that "Ceuta needs us united. And together we are going to work."
In exclusive statements to Infoplay, the president of Bet On Ceuta has described the meeting as "very constructive", and it has been he who has placed the Ministry of Economy as part of the coordination of the project:
"We are going to work in a coordinated and united way, even more so if possible, and we will develop a set of measures in favor of the business and economic fabric of the city, guaranteeing that everything continues to be built in Ceuta an exceptional environment for online gaming and other digital companies, in addition to the rest of the business community and existing sectors.
We will begin to work on this project of actions so that both the Ministry of Economy and the City, which are coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce, support and carry out these measures. Some of them are very brave, as we believe that it is time to develop them.
Now we have a lot on the table to work on.
On the other hand, Ceuta's image in the sector will continue to be supported by the companies that are part of the association."
