Interblock Adds Kristin Bisignano as Director of People and Culture
The appointment gives the People and Culture strategy a permanent seat in Interblock's front line of business.
Interblock Gaming has announced the addition of Kristin Bisignano as the new Chief People & Culture Officer, an appointment that transforms the company from its traditional Human Resources function into a global People and Culture organization.
The new board will be a permanent member of Interblock's executive committee and will lead the company's strategic human resources development. His responsibilities will include organizational culture and design, talent development, employee experience and the coordination of strategic initiatives in the different international regions in which the group operates.
Bisignano has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and people management. Prior to joining Interblock, she served as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer of NJ Transit, one of the leading public transportation systems in the United States.
At that stage, he focused his activity on organizational culture and design, talent development and employee experience. His previous career also includes senior positions at companies such as Technogym, HelloFresh, The Knot Worldwide, Verizon and Hillrom.
Interblock has defined the appointment as a watershed moment in the evolution of its organization. The company believes that people management should not be limited to an administrative function, but become a strategic engine for business growth.
