Rank launches new Group-wide career website and highlights its culture, development and inclusion
Rank's new careers website brings together the group's brands, people, culture and career opportunities in a single space, with the aim of giving candidates a better understanding of what it means to develop a career in the company.
Rank has launched a new career website to showcase the career opportunities available across its global businesses and give candidates a closer look at the group. The company brings together its brands, people, culture and career opportunities in a single space to help new recruiters explore where a career at Rank can take them.
The company defines itself as a diverse organisation, with career paths spread across its physical UK locations, its digital businesses and its shared corporate services. The offering ranges from customer service positions in its casinos (Grosvenor Casinos) and bingo halls (Mecca Bingo) to areas of technology, product, marketing, finance, human resources, communication and other specialities.
The new website goes beyond a simple list of vacancies. According to Rank, choosing where to work has to do with more than just finding a job description: people want to understand an organization's culture, its values and how it develops talent, as well as what it's really like to work there. That's why the site shows who the company is, how it works and what a candidate can expect from a career in the group.
The group articulates its proposal around the motto "Work. Win. Grow." ("Work. Win. Grow."), which reflects its ambition to create an environment where people can do good work, celebrate successes and continue to develop throughout their careers. Training and development are at the heart of that proposition, and the website offers a glimpse of the possibilities for growth within a global organization.
Inclusion is another of the project's axes. Under the slogan "#BeYourself", Rank aspires to be a place where people feel respected and valued, and the new website includes its focus on equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as initiatives aimed at connecting teams and driving positive changes in the business as a whole.
The company invites both those looking for their first job and those who are considering a career change – or are simply curious to learn about life at Rank – to visit the new space.
