Antay Hotel & Spa receives Sernatur's S Seal
Antay Hotel & Spa in Arica (Chile), has just received the S Seal from Sernatur, a recognition that highlights sustainability
Luckia continues to take firm steps in its commitment to excellence, quality and responsible development of tourism in Chile. The Antay Hotel & Spa in Arica (Chile) has just received the S Seal from Sernatur, a recognition that highlights tourism services that incorporate sustainability criteria in their management and represents a new milestone in the company's history.
This recognition is in addition to the Q Seal of Tourism Quality, which has also been achieved in Copiapó, consolidating a proposal based on two fundamental pillars, such as excellence in the experience of its customers and responsible management with the environment, the community and the environment.
For Antay Hotel & Spa, obtaining the S Seal is also a commitment to the future. In the words of Peter Müffeler, manager of the hotel, "receiving the S Seal means obtaining a distinction of high value for our customers and highlighting our commitment to good practices for the sustainability of the hotel's operation, with the community and the environment".
The certification thus reinforces Antay's purpose of contributing to the positioning of Arica as a quality, competitive and sustainable tourist destination, promoting an activity that combines economic development, excellence in service and respect for the territory.
Representatives of the workers and the Management of Antay Hotel & Spa participated in the delivery ceremony, as well as with the presence of María Paz Lagos, Undersecretary of Tourism; Luis Alberto Duarte, director of Sernatur Arica; and Cristóbal Benítez, national director of Tourism.
With this new recognition, both Luckia Gaming Group and Antay Hotel & Spa reaffirm their commitment to grow responsibly and offer their visitors a complete experience of hospitality, quality and commitment to sustainability.
