Change at the top of the financial leadership of International Game Technology: Adam Chibib replaces Fabio Celadon

International Game Technology (IGT) announced on September 14 the appointment of Adam Chibib as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026 and subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory clearances . Chibib will succeed Fabio Celadon, who will continue as Chief Financial Officer until October 31 and then remain as an advisor until December 31, 2026 to accompany an orderly transition.

The new executive brings more than three decades of financial and operational leadership in listed companies, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth technology organizations, with six successful exit deals in his career. Most recently, he was CFO of Raptor Technologies, acquired by Warburg Pincus in January 2026 following a transformation process under the ownership of Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity.

His experience in the gaming industry includes his time as President and Chief Financial Officer of Multimedia Games, where he helped double revenue, triple profitability , and raise the company's market capitalization from about $47 million to more than $1 billion, before its acquisition for $1.2 billion. He subsequently served as chairman of the board and chairman of the audit committee of playAGS until its acquisition in 2025. Prior to that, he held senior financial positions at Self Financial, NetSpend and several technology companies.

International Game Technology is undergoing a transformation focused on operational discipline, portfolio performance and cash flow generation across its Gaming, Digital and FinTech businesses. As Chief Financial Officer, Chibib will lead the company's global finance organization and help align financial strategy, capital priorities and business execution with the group's long-term objectives.

Fabio Celadon's career at IGT and its predecessor companies spans more than two decades. Since taking over the financial management of Lottomatica S.p.A. in 2002, he has held senior positions in the areas of finance, strategy, corporate development and international operations in Europe, North America and Asia.
