The Swiss bank UBS becomes a significant shareholder of CIRSA with 3.03%
The Swiss bank has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting capital of CIRSA Enterprises, according to the communication registered with the CNMV on October 6.
UBS Group AG has become one of the significant shareholders of CIRSA Enterprises after reaching an aggregate stake of 3.029% of the company's voting rights.
The notification was registered with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on October 6, 2026, although the date on which UBS reached or exceeded the relevant threshold was October 2.
According to the documentation communicated to the supervisor, UBS declares 4,971,028 voting rights directly linked to shares, equivalent to 2.959% of the capital with voting rights.
A further 117,318 voting rights are added to this position through financial instruments, equivalent to approximately 0.070%.
Overall, UBS's position thus amounts to 3.029%, exceeding the 3% threshold that requires reporting a significant stake in a Spanish listed company.
The move adds one of the largest international financial groups to CIRSA's significant shareholder map at a particularly important time for the company.
Blackstone continues to be CIRSA's reference shareholder, with a stake of more than 74% of the capital, while the company advances in the corporate process opened with Lottomatica.
