Don Westcott brings over 25 years of compliance leadership experience in the financial technology and gaming sectors. His most recent role was Global Head of Compliance at Nuvei, an international payment service provider. Prior to that, he held Vice President and Director positions at Fortune 500 companies Fiserv and First Data. Within the financial technology sector, Westcott developed regulatory compliance programs and control frameworks for financial institutions and technology service providers, particularly within the gaming industry. He commenced his professional journey in the gaming industry, including leadership roles with entities like Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos, and the Isle of Capri Casinos. Interestingly, Don's gaming career began at Jumer's Casino & Hotel, now part of Bally's Quad Cities. He holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
Tammi M. Barlow boasts over a decade of experience in establishing and overseeing responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility programs within the gaming industry. Tammi is a seasoned executive with a track record of successfully developing responsible gaming and community engagement programs that align with regulatory standards and benefit local communities globally. Prior to joining Bally's, she spearheaded the development and execution of Rush Street Interactive's (RSI) corporate social responsibility strategy, including the ongoing implementation of RSI's responsible gaming initiatives. In her capacity, Tammi collaborated with C-suite executives and external industry experts to advance RSI's diversity, equity, and inclusion program, its CSR initiatives, and the formulation of its inaugural community engagement and employee volunteerism program. Tammi previously served as co-chairwoman and is now a committee member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Global Gaming Women. She currently holds the position of Chairwoman of the Responsible Gaming Committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling, is a Board member of the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health, and a committee member of African Americans in Gaming. Tammi holds an M.B.A. from Roosevelt University in Chicago and will be based at Bally's headquarters in Providence, Rhode Island.
