1. How has GeWeTe lived this period of temporary closure of establishments? We assume that these months have been different depending on the areas and countries. How has the effect been in Latin America?
Of course, the lockdown also affected our business as it was and is a global problem.
Almost 100% of our customers had to close their locations since mid of March, which of course also had an impact on our business.
We have shutdown our company up to 80%, but our development has continued to work 100%.
We took this unique opportunity to push new developments and solutions to offer our customers in the future more and better solutions.
2. We are waiting to know how GeWeTe faces the reopening. Can you tell us something?
In some countries, the locations have already opened again and we are slowly starting up our company again and hope that we will soon run at 100% again, but it will certainly take some time, as the locations of our customers are in some counties still closed.
We as GeWeTe were also available to our worldwide customers during the complete lockdown and were able to supply all inquiries and orders and we will continue to do so in the future.
We are so well positioned that our customers will continue to receive 100% support and top quality from us in the future, as in the past.
But for sure also innovations!
3. What could you transfer to the operators of Casinos, Gambling Halls and Bingos in Spain and Latin America? How will GeWeTe be to support them?
As I have just mentioned, some locations have already reopened in some countries and the response has been very good so far.
Of course, the situation is not the same as before the Covid pandemic due to the entire security regulations, but the process and the response is good.
I am sure that other countries will follow soon and GeWeTe can assure our existing and future customers that we are 100% there for you with our entire team.
