The cooperation with Play Fair Code is to be used to train clubs, athletes and officials across the sports landscape on the subject of betting manipulation and to raise awareness. Training with the Austrian Ski Alpin Sport, Interwetten is a long-time partner of the ÖSV, as well as with the regional associations of the ÖFB, are the first activities on the agenda. In addition to prevention and education, the cooperation should also promote exchange within the sports betting industry and the other members of the Play Fair Code.
Industry pioneer
Interwetten has been a pioneer in the field of integrity since its foundation 30 years ago. The online gaming provider is a member of the DSWV (German Sports Betting Association), the OVWG (Austrian Association for Betting and Gambling), the MRGC (Malta Remote Gaming Council) and the International Betting Integrity Association. Interwetten was also the co-founder of the European Gaming and Betting Association.
