GVC Holdings PLC said Thursday that Chief Executive Kenneth Alexander plans to retire after 13 years in the role, and that he will be succeeded by Chief Operating Officer Shay Segev.
The FTSE 100 betting company, which owns brands such as Bwin, Coral, Eurobet and Ladbrokes, said the changes follow a long-term succession process and will take place at the close of business Friday.
Mr. Alexander, who joined GVC as CEO in 2007, has offered to remain available to his successor as required, the company said.
