Plans will create new employment opportunities in the city: More than 30 new roles available at new Ceuta office
Flutter operates over 20 licences in more than 100 countries and has more than 14 million customers globally
The office opening comes in response to the company’s interest in Spain, an important international market
Flutter International, a division of Flutter Entertainment PLC has announced the opening of its first office in the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
The announcement follows ten years of Flutter’s licenced activity in Spain, an important international market where it currently operates the PokerStars and Betfair brands. The office opening was launched at the beginning of 2022 and will see the creation of more than 30 new
jobs in Ceuta, some of which have already been filled by local professionals.
Flutter has also taken the opportunity to improve its operations in Spain by transferring its PokerStars and Betfair Spain licences from Malta incorporated entities to entities incorporated in Ceuta.

Earlier this month, the company announced the completion of its acquisition of one of the UK market’s leading online bingo operators, Tombola. In December, Flutter also announced itsacquisition, pending relevant approvals, of Italy's leading online gaming operator Sisal. The
transaction is likely to complete during Q2 2022.
