After obtaining the first national online casino license in Germany and the recent launch of JackpotPiraten.de and BingBong.de, Mernov has published its current shareholding structure in a press release. More specifically, both the Gauselmann Group and Greentube (Novomatic) have a 50% stake.

This joint venture has been verified and approved by all responsible national and European supervisory authorities, as Mernov reports.
