Clarion Gaming is set to elevate the experience for the 55,000+ visitors expected at the January 2025 editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate in Barcelona. By leveraging the additional space at the Gran Via Fira de Barcelona, the show organizers have introduced two new features: the Global Media City and a dedicated home for industry associations.
Stuart Hunter, Managing Director of Clarion Gaming, expressed excitement about these additions: "ICE is the world's most influential gambling technology show. Alongside our impressive exhibitor lineup, we're creating an infrastructure to cater to the business needs of the industry's largest gathering of professionals."
The Global Media City will serve as a world-class platform for the gambling industry media. This dedicated space will facilitate interactions between journalists, publishers, and industry professionals, fostering valuable connections and knowledge exchange.
Hunter stated, "The success of ICE owes much to the support of the gambling industry media. The Global Media City will provide a prime location for this essential part of our community."
The Association Assembly will offer a dedicated space for industry associations to meet, promote their values, and create new opportunities for the gaming community. This feature will complement the existing off-show floor activities of these associations, providing a central hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Hunter added, "Relocating to the Gran Via Fira de Barcelona has allowed us to expand our offerings. The Global Media City and Association Assembly are just the beginning of the exciting additions to the show experience."
ICE and iGB Affiliate 2025 will occupy a larger space of 120,000sqm compared to the 100,000sqm at ICE 2024. The relocation to Barcelona has garnered significant support from exhibitors, with 72% of the top 25 exhibitors planning to increase their stand presence.
