Under the leadership of President and Vice Chairwoman Linda Chen and non-executive Chairman Allan Zeman, Wynn Macau is adapting strategies from its Las Vegas counterpart to transform its casino hub in Macau.
Aiming to diversify its revenue streams beyond gambling tables, Macau seeks to derive 60% of its income from non-gaming sectors by 2028, up from the current 20%.
Last fall, the $4 million Lamborghini Veneno Roadster was showcased in the lobbies of Wynn Macau’s flagship hotels, drawing large crowds of racing fans, car enthusiasts, and tourists from mainland China and worldwide. This car, the most expensive Lamborghini production vehicle with only nine made, was part of a showcase of 30 rare hypercars, including the likes of McLaren Speedtail and Aston Martin V12 Speedster.
For President and Vice-Chairwoman Linda Chen, this $192 million showcase was part of a meticulously planned campaign to create "the experience," a memorable, immersive event that imprints their brand on visitors. Drawing from the playbook of Las Vegas-based Wynn Resorts, where Chen served as a director, the firm is looking to replicate the success and innovation seen in its American counterpart in Macau.
