German gaming specialist Merkur Gaming reinforced its Latin American commitment at the Peru Gaming Show, held June 18–19 at the Jockey Plaza Convention Center.
Joined by its local subsidiary, Merkur Gaming Peru, the company showcased its latest portfolio and held in-depth meetings with regional operators.
“The Peru Gaming Show is widely regarded as the most influential B2B gaming exhibition in Latin America, which makes our presence and client interactions all the more significant,” said Ronald Díaz, General Manager of Merkur Gaming Peru. “We attracted a strong flow of visitors and successfully inspired them with our products.”
Key attractions at Merkur’s booth included its linked progressive jackpots:
Clash Link, featuring unlimited free games, a dynamic jackpot reel, and a thrilling bonus round.
Link Overdrive, powered by the popular Hold ’n Spin mechanic, offering players continuous high-frequency jackpot action.
The M-Prime multigame package also impressed with its streamlined menu and diverse game portfolio, presented on the Mod Ex J55, Zonic Duo and Zonic Trio cabinets.
For the first time, Merkur teamed up with Spintec, its Slovenian Electronic Table Games (ETG) partner. Spintec showcased a compact eight-station roulette solution that drew significant interest from attendees.
“Despite regulatory challenges like the ISC luxury tax, the atmosphere at the Peru Gaming Show was highly positive, with strong interest in our new innovations,” said Tomás Mieles, Business Development at Merkur Gaming. “We remain optimistic about the future of the Peruvian and wider Latin American gaming markets.”
