The American Gaming Association (AGA) has joined forces with the industry organization LGBTQ+ in Gaming to launch an educational webinar aimed at high-level corporate strategy. The virtual event, titled "Beyond the Rainbow: From Symbol to Substance", will be held next Tuesday, June 23, at 4:00 PM ET / 1:00 PM PT.
The initiative is designed to analyze and provide practical tools for building trust-based environments that effectively connect with LGBTQ+ employees, players, and communities. Throughout the session, speakers will highlight why visibility matters in today's business ecosystem and discuss how to ensure corporate support translates into a real, measurable impact within organizations, while balancing brand identity, social responsibility, and commercial risk.
