Luckia Gaming Group closed 2025 with the best results in its history. The company chaired by José González Fuentes achieved a record turnover of €632.1 million, 4.8% more than the €603.1 million recorded in 2024, while its net profit soared by 71% to €20.8 million.

The data comes from the annual report deposited by the group in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, to which Economía Digital Galicia has had access through the eInforma database.

The company acknowledges in its report that the 2025 results exceeded the expectations generated after a 2024 financial year that had already marked a clear growth trend within the group's historical trajectory.

Luckia attributes this evolution mainly to the performance of its gaming halls, casinos and betting division in Spain, which remains the great engine of the Galician multinational.

Gambling and betting contribute 369.2 million

The activity grouped under the heading of games and sports betting was once again Luckia's main source of business. This division generated €369.2 million, compared to €355.5 million in the previous year, representing a growth of 3.9%.

This figure represents approximately 58% of the group's total turnover.

The second area in terms of revenue volume was that of the operating and salon activity, which grew by 8.3% and reached 137.1 million euros.

The casino business also evolved favorably. Its turnover increased by 6.7% to 84.9 million euros.

The only division that registered a decrease was bingo, whose revenues fell by 2.4% to 25.96 million euros.

Spain accounts for 87.2% of Luckia's turnover

By geographical markets, Spain continues to be, by far, the main territory for Luckia. The group generated 550.9 million euros in the Spanish market during 2025, equivalent to 87.2% of its entire turnover.

Latin America was behind, with 9.9% of consolidated turnover, while the rest of the European Union countries contributed 2.8%.

The distribution confirms the strategic weight of the Spanish market, especially in the salon, casino and betting businesses, although Luckia continues to strengthen its international presence.

An international network of casinos in Spain, Croatia and Latin America

Luckia currently operates a vast network of casinos spread across Europe and Latin America.

In Spain, the group has six casinos located in:

  • Bilbao.
  • Ceuta.
  • Mallorca.
  • San Sebastián.
  • Vigo.
  • To Toxa.

In Croatia, it has five other establishments in:

  • ?akovec.
  • Osijek.
  • Pula.
  • Slavonski Brod.
  • Zagreb.

In addition to this European presence, there are two casinos in Chile, located in Arica and Copiapó; two establishments in Peru, both located in Lima; and a casino in Colombia, located in Bogotá.

Luckia buys the remaining 50% of Egasa Colombia

One of the most outstanding corporate movements included in the annual report is the acquisition of 50% of Egasa Colombia that Luckia did not yet control.

Luckia Gaming Group paid just over two million euros for this stake, an operation that allows it to reach 100% of the capital of its Colombian subsidiary and strengthen its commitment to this market.

The transaction is part of Luckia's growth strategy in South America. The group's casinos on the continent generated €48.7 million, while the gambling and sports betting business contributed another €12.6 million.

Net profit increases from 12.2 to 20.8 million

The growth in turnover was accompanied by an even more significant improvement in profitability.

Luckia went from making a net profit of €12.2 million in 2024 to earning €20.8 million in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 71%.

This evolution was helped by the reduction in financial expenses, which fell from €12.7 million in 2024 to €10.4 million in 2025.

The improved results also allowed the group to strengthen its balance sheet. Luckia's net worth increased from €41.4 million to €54.6 million, representing a growth of €13.2 million in a single year.

At the end of 2025, Luckia still had outstanding payments of around €91 million corresponding to the principal of a syndicated loan of up to €120 million.

This financing was subscribed after the crisis caused by COVID-19 with a group of entities made up of:

  • Banco Santander.
  • BBVA.
  • Abanca.
  • CaixaBank.
  • Banco Sabadell.

The reduction in financial expenses and the increase in profit and equity allowed the group to make progress in strengthening its financial position despite the volume of debt still outstanding.

The workforce grows to 2,814 employees

Luckia's growth also carried over to employment. The company closed 2025 with a workforce of 2,814 workers, compared to 2,736 employees the previous year.

This represents the net incorporation of 78 professionals during the year and an increase in the workforce of close to 2.9%.

Last May, the multinational inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in A Coruña, facilities with a capacity to house up to 1,000 employees and conceived as one of the pillars of its new stage of growth.

More functionalities and a proprietary betting technology platform

Looking ahead to the coming years, Luckia points out in its management report that its technological priorities will focus mainly on the development of new functionalities aimed at improving the customer experience.

The company will also continue to work on its own betting technology platform, a project with which it seeks to strengthen its digital capabilities, control a greater part of its infrastructure and support the growth of its operations both in Spain and in international markets.

With a turnover of more than 632 million euros, a profit of close to 21 million, more than 2,800 employees and full control of its Colombian subsidiary, Luckia closes 2025 strengthening its position among the main Spanish groups in the gaming industry.
