The United States celebrates Responsible Gaming Education Month: the AGA promotes responsible gaming throughout the industry in September
The American Gaming Association, the U.S. gaming association, is dedicating the month to promoting responsible gaming and helping consumers make informed choices, with new research and a toolkit for the industry
The U.S. gaming industry is once again putting responsible gaming at the center of its agenda. The American Gaming Association (AGA), the main employers' association in the sector in the United States, has kicked off Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM), the campaign that every September brings together the country's industry around a shared priority: promoting responsible gaming and helping consumers make informed decisions.
Throughout the month, the AGA will focus on the programs, practices and tools that make responsible gambling an essential part of the legal gaming industry in the U.S. The association will also disseminate new research and perspectives during these weeks, with the aim of enriching the debate and supporting responsible gaming efforts across the sector.
To facilitate the participation of companies, the AGA has made available to the industry the RGEM 2026 toolkit (industry toolkit), designed to support the campaigns of each company. The organization encourages U.S. industry players to join the initiative and offers to help amplify their actions throughout the month.
