Luckia and Cirsa managed to significantly improve the results of the A Toxa and Vigo casinos during 2025, jointly managed through the company Casino La Toja. The two establishments increased their turnover by 22%, reaching 6.6 million euros, and reduced their losses by nearly 60%.

According to the accounts submitted to the Mercantile Registry and collected by Economía Digital Galicia, the company closed the year with a net loss of 421,000 euros, compared to the 1.1 million recorded a year earlier. The improvement in revenues, together with the stability of operating expenses, made it possible to significantly alleviate the red numbers of the business.

The evolution was positive in the main areas of activity of the two casinos. Revenue from gaming tables increased from €1.4 million to €1.54 million, while revenue from machines increased from €2.9 million to €3.9 million.

The hospitality activity also contributed more than 700,000 euros during the year. Between the establishments in A Toxa and Vigo, the company maintains a workforce of close to one hundred workers.

The Vigo casino functions as an extension of the historic A Toxa establishment. Its opening took place during the pandemic and allowed Luckia and Cirsa to strengthen the presence of Luckia and Cirsa in the Galician market.

The operational recovery was still accompanied by the financial support of its owners. Luckia and Cirsa granted two new participative loans during 2025 for a joint amount of four million euros.

With these contributions, Casino La Toja accumulated participatory loans for 11.6 million euros at the end of the year. Each of the groups had an outstanding balance of 5.8 million.

This support is especially relevant because the company had a negative net worth of €7.6 million, as a result of the losses accumulated during previous years.

Participative loans are counted as equity for the purposes of determining certain corporate situations, so they allowed the company not to end the year incurring in cause for dissolution.

Before closing the year, Casino La Toja also executed a capital reduction of 8.9 million euros aimed at offsetting losses and rebalancing its equity situation. After this operation, the share capital was established at three million euros.

The evolution of the Galician business acquires special relevance in the face of the new corporate stage that is opening up for Cirsa, after its integration into Lottomatica was announced. For the time being, the 2025 accounts show a clear recovery of the casinos shared with Luckia, although they still depend on the financial support of both shareholders to consolidate their equity balance.
