Merkur debuts a new Mod Ex cabinet for the North American market in Las Vegas and expands its Paw Link family
Merkur is attending G2E in Las Vegas, from September 28 to October 1, with more news than ever: it will present a new Mod Ex furniture designed for the North American market and will unveil Wish Paw and Voodoo Paw, the latest additions to its range of Paw Link linked progressives.
German gaming specialist Merkur will once again be present at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), which will bring together the major players in the international gaming industry from September 28 to October 1 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. At booths 3353 and 3650, the company will showcase the full breadth and strength of the Group, with more innovative products than ever before, from jackpot systems and gaming content to state-of-the-art furniture.
"The 2025 edition of G2E was a particularly important milestone for us. With our distribution and manufacturing license in hand and the acquisition of Gaming Arts completed, we were increasingly recognized not only as an established international supplier, but also as a real competitor and part of the US gaming market," stresses Dominik Raasch, Member of the Board of Management of Merkur Games. "The positive response we received in Las Vegas has given us even more momentum, and we are looking forward to returning to G2E this year with an even stronger portfolio and further strengthening our position in the American market, which plays a central role in our international growth strategy."
The Group's extensive catalog will play a leading role. Among other novelties, Merkur will carry numerous Linked Progressives, including Paw Link and Dimension Link, which debuted at ICE 2026. At G2E, visitors will be able to see for the first time Wish Paw and Voodoo Paw, the latest additions to Paw Link, with new and attractive characters.
These titles will be accompanied by a number of new Gaming Arts releases, including Wild Temple 2, Imperial River Temple, 7's Fire Blitz, Showtime and Mysteries of Atlantis. The content offering will be rounded out by new features such as Whirl Wins and Lion's Amulet, as well as the new Prime Line multi-game pack, which combines some of M-Line and M-Prime's most popular games.
No content shines without the right furniture. That's why the company will showcase its games in the newest member of its furniture family, Mod Ex, whose modularity allows the customer to configure the monitor, console and base according to their needs and the preferences of their players. In Las Vegas, Merkur will highlight the Mod Ex 332 and Mod Ex J55 variants of its current portfolio, along with a new Mod Ex facelift that will be launched for the North American market. The new Upright cabinet incorporates a 49-inch C-Curved screen and renews the aesthetics of the Mod Ex concept.
After a successful participation in last year's G2E and a strong presence at this year's ICE in Barcelona – two particularly important milestones for the company – Merkur is looking to continue this momentum in Las Vegas by relying on the strength of the Group's member companies and its strategic alliances. Cash management specialist GeWeTe will present its machine-compatible solutions for the verification, dispensing and recycling of banknotes and coins.
In addition, Spintec will also be represented at the booth, offering the professional public an exclusive insight into a wide range of new electronic tables (ETGs). Alongside its bestseller Charisma, visitors will be able to discover the new Charisma Craps solution, an enhanced version of Baccarat with an expanded selection of side bets, and the Charisma Stand Alone multi-game machine, which combines six virtual games in a compact format and showcases Spintec's innovative MultiView solution. The Slovenian ETG specialist will complete its proposal with an exclusive tournament in a dynamic amphitheatre-like set-up, one of the many promotional activities with which Merkur will turn the visit to the stand into an experience and conversations into connections.
"The G2E is an important stage to illustrate what defines the new Merkur and where we are headed. With a strong portfolio that combines the latest Gaming Arts titles, visually stunning Merkur games and Spintec's strong offering, we bring our Group's joint innovative strength to the show," says Marcel Heutmekers, Senior Vice President of Merkur Games International. "The development we have seen over the past twelve months has been impressive, and in Las Vegas we want to show that this journey is far from over."
