MGA Games launches Los Piratas Golfetes, its big bet for Halloween
MGA Games presents Los Piratas Golfetes, a new ghostly pirate video slot with Spectral Respins and Free Spins from Beyond, which will hit the Spanish market on October 5 as the company's star launch for Halloween 2026.
The company, a leader in Spain in the development of content for global casino operators, has conceived the title as a product playable throughout the year. The game will also be released under the name Cheeky Pirates in the Portuguese market, on October 28, and in the .com market, on September 28.
Los Piratas Golfetes has a medium volatility, a betting range of between €0.20 and €30 and a 5x4 reel layout, a more modern and dynamic format. Its proposal breaks the mold in the sector by combining black humor with pirate themes and the fantasy genre, offering a fresh and different narrative.
One of its main attractions is the Spectral Respins, an exclusive mechanic that is activated by completing the first reel with matching symbols. These are frozen to award two extra spins in which matching symbols and Wilds are locked, accumulating tension and visual impact until the final reveal of the prize. This dynamic is enhanced in the Afterlife Free Spins, which increase the presence of wilds to maximize the synergy between spins.
Designed to optimize operator performance, the game's mathematical model balances payout frequencies and adrenaline spikes to build player loyalty without frustration. In addition, it offers a configuration adaptable to the needs of each operator, including the option to activate or disable the bonus purchase according to the jurisdiction and the customization of key betting and exposure parameters.
