MERKUR Casino gaming halls, from the Gauselmann Group, have been recognized by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung with the seal of "Excellent customer satisfaction". This new achievement of the German group reaffirms its leadership within the gaming industry.
Last September, the MERKUR Casino gambling halls were also recognized as "the most popular places in Germany" according to the survey carried out by the business magazine Focus-Money, Deutschland Test and the analysis and consulting company based in Colonia Service-Value.
MERKUR Casino achieved the maximum score of 100 in the results of a large-scale study that examined customer satisfaction in numerous industries and was carried out by the FAZ Institute and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF).
The study authors evaluated 438 million online sources distributed as follows: 154 million blogs, 53 million websites, 6 million forum posts, and 1 million press releases. The categories evaluated were: customer service, customer satisfaction, price, quality and service.
Regarding the results, they expressed: “Satisfied customers generate significantly higher sales, recommend more than the average, and show significantly higher customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is one of the most important success factors for companies. "
