On November 26, 2024, the Hyatt Hotel in Sofia will host the second edition of the prestigious Gaming Industry Gala Dinner, organized by the Association of Gaming and Betting Organizers in Bulgaria (AOGGAB).
Under the theme "Balkan Connection", the event will bring together major gaming companies and representatives from the Balkans and Europe, coinciding with the BEGE Expo, the largest gaming industry exhibition in Eastern Europe.
The Gala Dinner, solidified by its successful debut in 2023, will once again feature the Golden Spades Awards, which this year will expand to 12 categories, recognizing outstanding achievements within the industry. Additionally, the European Gaming and Amusement Federation (EUROMAT), of which AOGGAB is now a member, will actively participate in the awards ceremony.
Success of the first edition and charitable mission
The inaugural edition of the Gala Dinner in 2023 saw more than 250 industry representatives in attendance, establishing itself as a key platform for fostering networking and strategic partnerships within the sector. This year’s event will maintain this level of engagement, with a strong focus on social responsibility, as 20% of the event’s proceeds will be donated to programs aimed at preventing gambling addiction.

The event will begin with a welcome cocktail at 7:00 PM, followed by an official dinner and the much-anticipated Golden Spades Awards ceremony. The evening will conclude with time dedicated to networking and business meetings, providing attendees with a unique opportunity to forge new partnerships in an elegant, professional setting.
