Aristocrat Leisure Limited today announced the retirement of Chief Legal Officer Chris Hill. She will be replaced by Anne Tucker, who will immediately assume the role.
Tucker will report directly to Aristocrat CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker and will continue her duties as company secretary.
“Chris has been a valued member of Aristocrat’s executive team since joining us in 2020,” Croker said in a statement. “Chris has transformed the legal function, deepening our capabilities and effectively supporting our business through a period of strong growth and change. We wish her all the very best in her retirement and thank her for the excellent contribution to Aristocrat.
Tucker has more than 20 years of legal and governance experience, including most recently as Aristocrat’s deputy chief legal officer. Prior to joining the company, Tucker held senior global legal and company secretary roles at Corporate Travel Management, Tatt’s Group, and Unitab Limited.
“I am delighted to elevate a leader of Anne’s caliber to our leadership team,” Croker said. “Anne’s appointment is a testament to Aristocrat’s focus on leadership development and of our talent. Since joining Aristocrat in October 2021, Anne has led a number of complex strategic projects and major M&A and established herself as a trusted partner and cultural leader.
“Anne’s legal expertise, industry knowledge and strong understanding of our obligations as an ASX listed company further add to her credentials and will be integral at this exciting time in Aristocrat’s growth journey. I look forward to her expanded contribution going forward.”
