The new elections mark the roadmap of the Club de Convergentes after its annual General Assembly

On September 15, 2026, and maintaining the tradition of holding it at the facilities of the Luis Escribano Congress Expo the day before its inauguration, the annual General Assembly of the Club de Convergentes took place, an event in which the new electoral cycle has been placed as one of the great challenges of the immediate future of the Association.

During the meeting, the statutory obligations referring to the annual accounts and budget of the Association were discussed, and a review of the activities carried out throughout 2025 and 2026 was carried out, in addition to approving the program of actions for 2027.

The Assembly also served to review the numerous regulatory processes in which the entity has intervened during the year, as well as the rest of the activities in which it has participated.

The number of regulations currently being processed responds, as highlighted, to the characteristics of an end of cycle. Many of the autonomous communities will enter the final stretch of their constituted governments in 2027 , before facing the elections in May 2027. Added to this is the beginning of the activity of the new executives who have taken office in 2026.

In any of the scenarios, the Convergentes Club confirmed that it will remain attentive to all these processes, participating in them in collaboration with local associations and operators.

Finally, the Association recalled that it remains open to the integration and admission of companies that manufacture and develop machines, software and gaming systems, with the aim of continuing to build points of consensus and agreement in a coordinated manner.
