The agreement establishes that INCYDE will provide support in the coordination, management, monitoring, dissemination and dynamization of the initiative, while the Autonomous City will be responsible for the material execution of the project. At the signing ceremony, Miguel Marín stressed that the incubator will allow "to create an attractive ecosystem not only nationally, but also internationally, capable of attracting content creators from anywhere in the world". Javier Collado added: "With this Business Incubator 4.0 we continue to expand a network that brings innovation, technology and opportunities to entrepreneurs throughout the territory".
The initiative involves an injection of resources and services aimed at diversifying the local economy towards digital and high value-added activities.
