Everything is ready for cycling to resume from August: we already have a full season schedule
With the announcement last week of the delay until the start of the Tour de France until August 29, cycling has worked to complete a completely new schedule so that the most important races on the circuit can be resumed in the second part of the year. Thus, La Vuelta a España will be held between October 20 and November 8.
La Vuelta a España will start on October 20 and will end on November 8, as the organization has made official this Tuesday, and the 75th edition of the Vuelta will start in Irún, the Basque Country, and will have 18 stages in total, canceling the stages planned in the Netherlands, so this edition will start from Spain with the Irún-Arrate Eibar stage.
With this new configuration, the 75th edition of La Vuelta will be marked as a historic race: 18 stages in total and the first in the Basque Country almost five decades later.
