Eleven experienced people managers from SKS365 group's four locations convened in Belgrade last week for the new GROW People Management Program. From April 15th to 19th, through trainings, discussions, and social connections, individuals had the opportunity to further grow both individually and as a team, while enjoying Belgrade’s city center and rivers.
Established in 2023 with the aim of fostering fundamental people management skills across the organization, the GROW initiative has evolved this year by introducing a new, advanced program for experienced people managers to enhance their skills further and prepare for future opportunities.
Building and nurturing connections, sharing experiences, and engaging in team-building activities - all these aspects were part of the GROWpmp agenda for the 11 people managers representing Commercial, Product and Development, Finance, and Sportsbook departments across SKS365's locations in Malta, Italy, Austria, and Serbia.
GROWpmp covered a range of topics recognized by SKS365's people managers as pivotal for management development. Subjects including influence through communication, team effectiveness, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as presentation skills and business topics such as understanding finance and management reporting, were delivered with support from external professionals and internal experts, and were designed and organized by the SKS365 People & Culture team.
