Enrique Reyes, Managing Director of Tax Services of Ceuta and one of its great promoters as the best place in Europe for online gaming operators, sent us an interesting offer of specialized training that seeks to promote job placement based on the real needs of gaming companies established in the autonomous city.
This specialized training has been organized by Procesa, a municipal society attached to the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Public Function of Ceuta.
The courses will have a mixed modality, that is to say, a part of the training will be classroom-based training and another telematic. Thus, the classroom-based training will take place from August 24 to September 25, at the 'Arjan Sundardas Digital Center'; while the online phase will be from September 28 to December 1.

Payments, Fraud and Money Laundering (238 h. And 11 h for exams and master class)
Topics: technical English, casino training, advanced Excel, fraud initiation, Sepblac, DGOJ, deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, payment gateways, financial reporting.
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Customer Service (222 and 10 hours for exams and master class)
Topics: Technical English, casino training, telephone support, live chat, identity verification, bonuses, account activation, user classification, incidents, back office, platforms.
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Operations and Marketing Technician (205 hours and 10 hours for exams and master class)
Topics: Technical English, Casino Training, Online Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram ADS, Social Media, Affiliation, Media Management, Office Pack.
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Students who pass the course will do a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 70 hours of practice in online gaming companies located in the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
To be part of the group of people benefited from these courses, it is necessary to meet the following characteristics:
Unemployed persons residing in the Autonomous City of Ceuta or resident persons who are working, who seek to improve their employability, through specialization, as a promotion formula within the same company or as a formula for improvement in the labor market.
Minimum training: Secondary Education
Those interested may enroll in one of the specialties depending on their training profile and interests.
