Itai Pazner, CEO of 888 Holdings, has stated that the company is focused on expanding the business, which is why it is analyzing various options such as the public offering in the United States, in order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the growing market in that country.
888 Holdings is currently seeking brand and media deals that can contribute to a better positioning in the United States, so the company would consider joining up with European operators as well as any takeover approaches it might receive.
After presenting the 2020 financial results, Pazner commented: "I assume down the line, we will consider different options as the U.S. becomes more meaningful, and definitely if it continues to trade at these kinds of multiples."
It should be noted that 888 shares have risen almost 400% in the last year, due to the growth of online gaming as a direct consequence of the closures to stop the Covid-19 pandemic.
