The proactive nature of the Gaming Halls business community is valued because the workers have the most complete and best information on the appropriate behaviors to enjoy leisure and gaming in a responsible manner. For ensuring a sustainable offer, for influencing customer care, for seeking prevention and for being a task undertaken throughout Spain based on the initiative and coordination of ANESAR and its network of affiliated gaming hall associations, with special reference to the model of the Association of Gaming Halls of the Basque Country (ASE), a pioneer in this area.
