Caesars Entertainment announces €37 million investment for expansion of racing and gaming space at Harrah's Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.
Caesars Entertainment informs in a press release that the expansion of more than 2700 square meters will allow the incorporation of 150 new machines and 16 additional table games. Additionally, guests will enjoy significant updates to architectural features, including new carpeting and design elements throughout the property.
The expanded gaming room will feature a bar with hand-crafted cocktails and a quick-serve restaurant with access directly from the casino floor.
The renovations are expected to be completed by July 2023, creating 100 new jobs and millions in gaming tax revenue.
In summary, the preliminary plans include:
- Additional table games and slot machines
- A new high limit room for slots and table games
- A new bar in the high limit room
- New and improved Caesars Rewards center and promotions area
- Upgrades to the Pegasus trackside bar
- Additional quick-serve restaurant on casino floor
Anthony Carano, President and Chief Operating Officer of Caesars Entertainment, said, "The enhancements at Harrah's Hoosier Park further exhibit Caesars Entertainment's commitment to gaming in the state of Indiana."
On the other hand, Trent McIntosh, senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Hoosier Park, explained that the reform will allow them to continue offering the best racing and gaming option to users, as well as "new food and beverage offerings and upgraded design concepts."
