The founder and CEO of the Gauselmann Group, Paul Gauselmann, together with his son Armin Gauselmann paid tribute to 145 employees with long periods of service.
From the Gauselmann Group they assure that long periods of service are part of the Gauselmann Group's heritage, whether they are 25, 40 or 45 years of service, the company celebrates them as a very special achievement.
The anniversary celebration, which traditionally takes place annually, could not be held for two years due to the health crisis, but it has finally been possible to celebrate in person.
The Board of Directors and the business family reviewed the highlights of recent years and individually honored each of the 145 employees on stage.
"An entrepreneur can achieve anything with such committed and loyal employees and I am incredibly proud of their work and what we have achieved over the last 25, 40 or even 45 years. For us, the word 'family' in 'family business' it does not mean just the owners, but includes the entire workforce. The fact that our employees share this sentiment is confirmed by the many work anniversaries we have been able to celebrate together to date," explained Paul Gauselmann.
