Former PokerStars executive Eric Hollreiser has acquired the news website Poker.Org and introduced his company Triple Barrel Media Limited, dedicated to creating, curating, and delivering the latest information on what's happening in the poker world.
Under the title Why Poker.Org looks different today, Eric Hollreiser himself addressed the readers of this website to explain that it is now “owned and operated by Triple Barrel Media Limited”.
He has also introduced himself saying: "I am the Founder and CEO of Triple Barrel Media, and I spent a decade on the executive management team of PokerStars during many of its glory days."
He then explained what motivated him to create Triple Barrel Media and underlined “I believe poker's best days are coming and that a new, independent modern media company can help shape that future and provide an authentic platform for the voice of the more than 100 million poker players worldwide”.
Eric Hollreiser has bet on several well-known professionals, several who were also part of PokerStars. In this regard, we must mention renowned branding expert Chris Herd, who will serve as creative director, a position he held at PokerStars for 12 years.
