Among the notable measures is the introduction of an enhanced maternity leave, covering 14 weeks at full pay, as well as enhanced paternity leave. These initiatives aim to provide financial security to families during the crucial period surrounding the birth of a child.
However, Rank Group's commitment goes further, recognizing that some babies may require specialized care in neonatal units. Therefore, additional paid leaves have been introduced to support employees during challenging times, complementing the enhanced maternity and paternity leaves.
Additionally, the company acknowledges the unfortunate reality that some pregnancies may end in loss, stillbirth, or neonatal loss. As a result, a minimum period of paid leave has been established for employees who experience such a heartbreaking event.
The policy also includes the provision of paid time off for fertility treatment, recognizing the importance of supporting employees on their journey to parenthood.
